- How much does LAMP cost?
$4,500. This includes all fees, materials, and, dinner each week.
- What’s the LAMP schedule for 2010?
The 2010 program starts on January 5 and runs through May 26, which is graduation. Classes meet every Tuesday, from 1:00 to 7:00 pm. Dinner is included.
- How much time is spent outside the classroom to complete LAMP work?
Anywhere from 50 to 100 hours will be required to complete the executive leadership development work outside of classroom time—so about 20 hours per month.
- How many companies have sent students through the LAMP program?
In its 24-year history, more than 60 companies have sent their "leadership-potential" employees through LAMP’s business leadership courses. Many use LAMP as their regular employee leadership development offering, sending employees to LAMP every year.
- Do I have to be sponsored to enroll in LAMP, or can I sign up without company sponsorship?
LAMP is a significant commitment—once a week for nearly six months—and for that reason, we require that companies sponsor executive leadership participants in the program, to ensure everyone’s full commitment to the classes and activities for the duration.
- How many participants will there be in LAMP?
A minimum of 20 and a maximum of 32 participate in each corporate leadership development program.
