Program Overview

The Leadership and Management Program, or LAMP, is a leadership education offering designed to prepare professionals heading into management positions. Based on the long-running program by the same name at UC San Diego, LAMP offers a proven five-month curriculum of leadership development courses that addresses management fundamentals while helping participants develop the abilities that leadership demands.

LAMP participants learn to:

  • Ensure the performance of those who work for them
  • Facilitate the success of groups
  • Make the best use of resources under their stewardship
  • Help their business address and confront issues
  • Deliver memorable and actionable presentations
  • Better manage themselves (leadership, initiative, ethics)

Each LAMP leadership program is limited to 32 participants.
