The Project Management Certificate programs help you do all three, and more!
The Project Management Certificate offers a combination of project planning and tracking tools, along with communication, leadership, and conflict management skills to give project managers the balance they need to be successful. We expose you to a variety of ways to approach project management, rather than focus on a one-size-fits-all methodology. We offer day and evening courses in downtown Portland and daytime courses in Beaverton. Our courses are scheduled in a suggested sequence, but you are free to mix and match course offerings to suit your own preferences. To earn the Project Management Certificate, simply complete all four required courses within a three-year period.
The Advanced Project Management Certificate is composed of one- and two-day seminars which focus on both hard and soft project management skills. The strength of the advanced program is the variety of practical approaches and tools you will be able to use on the job immediately. Mix and match your choice of sessions to complete at least 42 course hours to earn the Advanced Project Management certificate. This program is intended for project managers who have some professional experience, or who have completed the Project Management Certificate.
Planning to earn your PMP® Certificate? The best way to prepare for the exam is to take our two-day intensive PMP® Exam Prep course. This course, along with all of our courses, can also be used to satisfy PMP® education and professional development requirements (PDUs).
